DO EACH EXERCISE 5 TIMES TWICE PER DAY
- Opening and closing the mouth as widely and as rapidly as possible.
- Opening the mouth against slight pressure applied by placing the open palm beneath the chin.
- Closing the mouth against slight pressure applied by placing the fingers on top of the chin.
- Moving the mandible from side to side without resistance, followed by moving it from side to side against slight resistance gained by placing both hands on the side of the jaw.
- Protruding the jaw with and without resistance.
- No gum.
- Soft diet.
- Heat 30 minutes, 4 times a day.
