Directions to Office
From North of Birmingham, take I-65 S to exit 261-A (Gadsden/Atlanta) onto
I-20/59. Go to Exit 126-A (31/280/Carraway blvd). Go south on 31/280

From South of Birmingham, take I-65 N to exit 261-A (Gadsden/Atlanta) onto I-20/59 to Exit 126-A (31/280/Carraway Blvd). Go south on 31/280

From East of Birmingham, take I-59 W to Exit 126-A (31/280/Carraway Blvd). Go South on 31/280

From West of Birmingham, take I-59 E to Exit 126-A (31/280/Carraway Blvd). Go South on 31/280

Once to 31/280 from any direction as above, go South to branching of 280 East and 31 South. Continue on 31 South through Homewood to the Brookwood Medical Center Dr. Exit to the right and up hill of exit ramp. At stop, turn left and go back over Highway 31 (this is Brookwood Medical Center Drive). Enter the parking deck on your right and proceed to park in the Blue level of the deck. Walk if on level 2 (or take the elevator to level 2) to the crosswalk from the Blue area of the parking deck into the Professional Office Building. You are on the second floor of the building. Walk to the end of the hall. Our office is Suite 205 on your right. Note there is a $2.00 fee to exit the deck charged by the hospital.

Office Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
A physician is on call for emergencies 24 hours per day,
7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Services Offered
We offer a full range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck medical and surgical care. We perform allergy testing when needed and administer immunotherapy (allergy shots). We offer hearing testing performed by certified audiologists for all ages (including newborns). Most hearing aid models and types are available through our office including the new digital aids. Our physicians are staff members at Brookwood Medical Center, St. Vincent's Hospital, Medical Center East, The Children's Hospital of Alabama, and The Outpatient Care Center.

Insurances
We accept all Blue Cross plans including PMD as well as most commercial insurances. We participate in Medicare and accept assignment. We do not currently participate in United Health Care HMO plans, Partners HMO plans, or Medicaid. We do participate in United PPO plans. Please call for information on your particular plan.
